Brief Description: |
The project was co-funded by European Commission (DGXIII) and has developed guidelines for the assessment of environmental impacts of transport telematics measures in urban areas. Reviews of existing methods and models for impact assessment on different spatial and temporal scales have been performed. Under the supervision of an interdisciplinary expert group the guidelines have been developed.
