Brief Description: |
The project defined a methodology and developed a computer model for strategic environmental assessment (SEA) of transport policy options. The work comprises methods for the assessment of environmental and safety impacts for the transport modes road, rail, water and air. The methodology and software have been applied to assess the environmental and safety aspects of the Trans European Transport Network (TEN-T) for all four transport modes.
