HEAVEN will strengthen urban environment and transport management, based on improving the availability of data and information on air and noise pollution related to urban transport. In the course of the project a Decision Support System (DSS) which can evaluate the environmental impacts of Transport Demand Management Strategies will be developed and demonstrated in six major European cities.
